This is a great dessert for the holidays… will keep you on your low carb diet!
Love avocados? Chocolate? Low carb? Then you will love this recipe! Entire recipe is 30 carbs, so feel free to split it up, this mousse is heavenly, put a dab of whip cream and a mint leaf or cherry(count those carbs)!
2 ripe avocados
1/4 c sugar free chocolate or chocolate chips
1/6 cup almond milk
1/2 cup sweetner
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla
Melt choc chips in almond milk.
Puree all ingredients in blender or processor.
Put in dessert glassware, wine glass (great dessert with wine), top with whip cream and mint leaf.
